Clear example of target fixation. Luckily the rider was able to dust himself off and ride home minus one life out of his nine lives. The slo-motion capture at the end is entertaining!

Couldn’t agree more about the weekend antics! That’s why I choose to chill under the tree with the camera man and watch the mayhem on Sunday.
Umm, my 4 year old corners better on his big wheel than that douche did. Its called lean or push on the handle bar until you are going the direction you want to go. Funny they wanted that rider at the end to slow down. Why should he have slow down on a corner? Because your douche bag friend couldn’t turn and ended up over the rail? Fuck you dude.

I’d hang out under the tree too, just to watch the inevitable drama.
Guy should be managing his lane better (he’s too close to the double yellow on entry) and looking at the corner exit, not the cliff. Probably he already knew that before he wadded up the bike.

Yeh the turn-in point is at beginning of guardrail. he totally got it all wrong with entry speed and lane position.
But he was able dust himself off, tape up the bike and ride home. Lucky SOB.
